I have the older OS for my device, can I upgrade?

Yes, but you probably don't need to. While there is a different firmware being installed on the new routers, its more for ease of activation of the device for our technicians and doesn't provide any other service benefits. While it does provide some additional configuration options, less than 1% of users would use those features. The firmware will provide no differences on how the Internet works, nor changes in speeds.

If you would want to upgrade your firmware, contact us at Digicom. It would take the device coming to the Digicom office to be reprogrammed, but we would be glad to do it for you.
