That is a hard question to generally answer, because it depends on the problem you are having. While most malware situations are solved in a couple hours, serious infections that have dramatically slowed down the PC, could take much longer. But again, when we start a process that take 4 hours to complete, we aren't charging for that time. We only charge for our actual hands on time in repairing your issues. First we will diagnose the problem and be able to give you an estimate of time and cost. At that point, you can make the choice for us to proceed or not. If you don't want us to proceed, there is no charge!
