We highly recommend against using the "factory reset" buttons on the routers. Doing so will remove the settings for your specific service and will mean it will not work until that is programmed in again.
If you have already hit the reset button, don't panic, it can be reprogrammed. Just check out our knowledgebase article for your specific device and plan, to learn how to program back in the APN Settings to restore your service.
