Can I use my ORI SIM card in a different device?

No! Due to hackers around the world cloning SIMs, to keep the tower carriers happy, the device is locked to the SIM card. If you move it to another device, it may work for a few minutes before the network flags the account with a breach of terms of service. At that point, it will either stop working altogether or will drop to sub-1-Mbps speeds.

If a device fails, the SIM can be moved to a new device, however, the new IMEI number must be submitted to the network BEFORE it goes into a new device.
