If you have lost or forgotten your cPanel password, you can reset it using any one of the methods below:

Method 1:
You can recover/change a lost password from your Customer Portal at
https://www.digicom.com/portal

Once logged into you portal, click on the Services Tab and select My Services.

Select the hosted domain you need to change the password for and from that page, you will see Change Password on the left.

Click change password and you will be prompted to enter in a new password.
