For most all Blue Plan orders, the APN settings are:
APN: broadband
PDP Type: IPV4 Only
Authentication is NONE
Username/Password would be blank
If you have been told to use the alternate APN, it will be: 30691.mcs or accessrgn.net
Do NOT use the alternate unless you are told to. Playing with it and not having that type of account, may get your device banned by the network permanently.
