Once booted, hit Shift-F10 to open Command Prompt
Type:
CD .. {ENTER}
CD windows {ENTER}
notepad.exe {ENTER}
Open file and go to normal Boot drive (Probably drive D: now),
Change File Type from .txt to All Files
Scroll down to sethc and rename to sethc2
Scoll up to cmd and rename to sethc
Close all windows and let PC reboot to normal Windows again
Once booted to login, his SHIFT key 5 times and it will bring up command prompt
NET USER {username} {new password}
Then use the new password to login.
Go back to Windows folder and
Rename sethc back to cmd
Rename sethc2 back to sethc
