IMPORTANT NOTE: You should NEVER have to push/pull hard are feel resistance as you insert/remove the SIM.
Inserting a SIM into the WE826:
To insert a SIM into the WE826, you will locate the SIM port on the left side of the device. You will want to insert the sim with the metal connector side up and insert the notched side first. As you insert it, do it with a light touch and once you find a little resistance, lightly push a little further and you should hear a "click" sound as it engages against the SIM.
Once inserted, the SIM will still stick out slightly, this is normal. The SIM is now installed.
REMOVING A SIM FROM THE WE826
To remove a SIM from the WE826, all you need to do is lightly push IN the SIM and you will hear a "click" sound as it disengages the SIM and ejects it. It should easily slide out of the device for removal.
